Quality gives peace of mind
DQS – The high quality standard of our products is ensured by our processes, which are certified in accordance with ISO TS 16949:2009 as well as our comprehensive measuring and testing stations. We are performing in-process measuring by means of statistical process control and work with a profile projector, a roundness and contour measuring system as well as with the optical measuring machine Profile 50.
The economical and safe 100% inspection is performed on optical testing machines. By this means, lengths, inside and outside diameters as well as concentricity can be perfectly checked, and turned parts with any remaining swarf will be reliably rejected.
However, defect prevention is an important principle. We endeavour to achieve zero defect by taking the following action:
- Specific introduction and training measures
- Permanent maintenance of the turning centres
- Streamlined sequences to minimise friction losses and defect sources
- Modern quality management
