With quality comes peace of mind

Our processes are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and our comprehensive measuring and testing stations ensure the high quality of our products. We perform in-process measurements via SPC and work with a profile projector, a roundness and contour measuring system, a Garant 491910 MM1 optical measuring system and Spectrolab for material analysis.

We carry out economical and comprehensive testing on optical testing machines. This enables us to check lengths, internal and external diameters and concentricity to optimum effect, as well as to reject any turned parts with residual swarf.

However, preventing defects is an important principle. We endeavour to achieve zero defects by taking the following action: 

• Specific induction and training measures
• Ongoing lathe maintenance
• Streamlined processes to minimise friction losses and the causes of faults
• Modern quality management
