Purchase of fixed assets and inventory by Maier Automatendreherei GmbH in Dunningen, Baden-Württemberg, and foundation of Maier GmbH & Co. KG on the former “Schraube” industrial estate. 
1998
Initial certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
2005
Construction of a new production building on own premises in the “Schraube” industrial estate. Creation of 5200 m2 production area and 500 m2 administrative area.
2006
Initial certification of environmental management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 and introduction of an integrated management system.

Finalist Award of the “Großer Preis des Mittelstands” (prize awarded to Germany’s most successful medium-sized enterprises)
